BAKER­BUTLER PTO 5th ANNUAL BOUTIQUE NIGHT
 
Date: Friday, December 1
Time: 6:00-9:30 PM
Place: Baker-Butler Elementary
2740 Profitt Road    Charlottesville
  
Join us for a relaxing evening of shopping and fun to benefit our school!
Over 40 vendors will be showcasing their waresŠthis will be the perfect time
to finish your holiday shopping!
 
* Dinner will be catered by Baja Bean on a prepaid basis
* Wilson School of Dance to perform
* Free child care with fun ­filled activities including arts & crafts,BINGO,
movie, and magic show by Wes Iseli
* Raffles, silent auctions, and bake sale to be held
 
 
Grade Baskets
What is a grade basket? It¹s a themed basket that each grade creates for
entry into the Boutique Night Raffle. We hope you chose to join in! Have fun
& be creative! 
The themes are:
Kindergarten: Arts & crafts (paints, chalk, craft kits, paper, markers,
etc.)
1st grade: Garden ( tools, seeds, pots, accessories, etc.)
2nd grade: Chocolate ( truffles, cookbooks, syrup, candy, etc.)
3rd grade: Kitchen ( cookbooks, recipes, gadgets, gourmet treat, coffee,
tea, etc.)
4th grade: Entertainment (board games, cards, puzzles, movie tickets, etc.)
5th grade: Sports ( water bottles, tickets, t-shirts, balls, etc.)
 
PLEASE SUBMIT ³GRADE BASKET² ITEMS TO YOUR CHILD¹S TEACHER BY FRIDAY,
December 1.
NO TIME TO SHOP? LET US DO IT FOR YOU! JUST SEND IN A MONETARY DONATION IN
AN ENVELOPE MARKED ³BOUTIQUE NIGHT- GRADE BASKETS² WITH THE APPROPRIATE
GRADE WRITTEN ON IT. VOLUNTEER SHOPPERS WILL USE THE FUNDS TO PURCHASE ITEMS
FOR THE BASKETS. MONEY DONATIONS SHOULD BE MADE BY November 30.
 
SILENT AUCTION
Everyone loves a great auction! We plan to make it more than great! How
about a digital camera package, massage, manicure/pedicure, dinners to area
restaurants, gift certificatesŠ.
CAN YOU ADD TO OUR AUCTION? We are wishing for items and services to be
donated to the auction.

VOLUNTEERS 
We need you! Can you spare an hour or two on the 1st? Each volunteer will
receive one FREE raffle ticket per hour as a thank you for his/her time.

the event.



Junior Jazzercise Classes
 
Fitness is fun with this exercise program designed especially for
children...
Grades: 1st thru 5th
Dates: Thursdays, November 30th thru January 4th
Time: 2:35 - 3:35 PM
Place: Baker-Butler Elementary Gymnasium

Send check and signed registration form (that came home in your child¹s
backpack) to: ³Baker-Butler PTO² by November 17th.

Cost: $30 for 5-week session
