1. PTO Meeting for October Postponed Until November

The PTO meeting that was scheduled for Monday Oct. 9th has been postponed
until Monday Nov. 13th.
It is hoped that parents will attend the Community Forum that is scheduled
for Monday Oct. 16th at Sutherland Middle School.

2.  Community Forum Scheduled for October 16th

You are cordially invited to attend a community forum to create an open
dialogue on tolerance, appreciation of diversity and helping our children
prepare for a new society. We are using a recent incident as a
teaching/learning tool to grow as a community to address strategic plan goal
I, preparing all students to succeed in a global economy.

When: Monday Oct. 16, 2006
Where: Sutherland Gathering Room
Time: 6:30 to 8:30 pm
Childcare will be available.
