Innisbrook Wraps Fundraiser
  
If you do not wish to participate in this fundraiser but still want to
support our school financially, you may do so through direct giving.  If you
already gave earlier this academic year, the PTO thanks you.  The
Baker-Butler PTO is a 503(c)(3) federal tax-exempt nonprofit organization.
As such, we are able to provide receipts for monetary contributions that you
might make to the Baker-Butler PTO to support our various school-related
activities.  Checks can be made out to Baker-Butler PTO.  Direct gifts will
count towards classroom prizes for participation in the Innisbrook sale.
    
On Friday, August 31st, your child is bringing home a packet of supplies for
our Innisbrook fundraiser.  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.  We
are using Innisbrook again this year because they give us a generous 50% of
all sales.  Last year we made $7,400 for Baker Butler, thanks to you.  This
money was used by the PTO to purchase items requested by Mr. Hammon and the
teachers including desks, physical education materials, and Exploratorium
supplies.  A school enhancements fund is provided by the Innisbrook sale
profits.  Mr. Cushman and the staff help prioritize how the fund should be
spent on items that Albemarle County does not support.
  
The sale runs Friday, August 31st through Friday September 14th.  Orders may
also be placed online at www.innisbrook.com <http://www.innisbrook.com/>
using school code 110767.  Students must still turn in an order summary to
designate prize level earning during the selling period.
  
We try to make the Innisbrook sale fun for the kids by having contests and
drawings during the 2-week selling period.   Again this year, the family
selling the highest value in products will win dinner and a movie for the
immediate family courtesy of Innisbrook!
