Fundraising Survey

The Baker Butler PTO raises funds that directly benefit the school and your
child by paying for assemblies, purchasing supplies for teachers, and
purchasing enhancements for the school that are not covered in the County
budget.  Last year the PTO raised in excess of $20,000.  Our ability to
raise funds next year will depend on interest and volunteer participation.
Please take a couple minutes to complete this survey and return by 2/15/07
to determine the best approach to fundraising for the 2007-2008 school year.

The survey is attached as a pdf and a Word doc file. If you have not had a
chance to express your opinions, please use this opportunity to let us know
your preferences. The form can be returned to Baker-Butler with your child
or you can send it via email to pajewski at virginia.edu.
