Trunk or Treat Night

The school has made a decision to not cancel the trunk or treat program at
this time.
As of now, it is still scheduled for Thursday, October 23, 2007, starting at
6:30 pm.

Plan to arrive at the Baker-Butler parking lot by 6:20 pm. The lot will be
closed at 6:25.
Line up on the sidewalk according to grade level. Judging of costumes will
occur at 6:30 pm.
The parade will begin at 6:35 pm.

HOWEVER

Since the forecast predicts a 90% chance of rain, we will be keeping an eye
on the weather tomorrow. If things do not improve, a decision to cancel will
be made by the end of the school day tomorrow (Thursday). In the event this
happens, the make-up date (rain date) is scheduled for Monday, October 29
2007.

No back pack announcements will be made regarding the change of date. Please
watch your email or, if necessary, you may contact Michelle Sandow
(msandow at embarqmail.com) or Michelle Caldwell (978-3867) with questions.


If you have not already picked up your Innisbrook order, it can be picked up
at Trunk or Treat Night.
