Kids!  Teens!

This July, Join Our Theater Camps and Perform at the Paramount Theater!


The Jefferson Youth Theater Camp will have three consecutive sessions this
year, Monday-Friday:  July 7-11, 14-18, and  21-25, from noon -3:30 pm  You
can do one, two or all three weeks.   Each week we will be rehearsing a
different show.  After the first two weeks, the kids will perform those
shows at the magnificent Paramount Theater in downtown Charlottesville.


SO YOU WANT TO BE A POP STAR, : for 9-18 year olds

Rehearsal sessions:  July 7-11, noon - 3:30 pm, at The Old Live Arts Space,
Market St. Downtown.

An original musical for Teens and Preteens,  by Peter Ryan.

Excitement explodes as rumors that Simon Scowl from Rock Idol and teen
sensation Hannah Fantana will help judge the School Talent Show.

Stardom, jealousy, romance, and sibling rivalry explode in this
backstate/onstage musical, featuring acting, singing, dancing and
gymnastics, as the competition intensifies.

The show performs the next weekend, at the magnificent Paramount

Theater, Sunday, July 19, at 7:30 pm


SNOW WHITE AND THE DWARFS:  for kids 5-18 years olds.

Rehearsals sessions:  July 14-18, noon - 3:30 pm, at The New County Office
Building, 5th St. Extended

Our big show of the year has many roles including Young, Middle, and Old
Snow White, dwarfs, wicked stepsisters, & duelling knights!

We'll perform the show at The Paramount Theater, Saturday,

July 19 at 3 pm.


CHARLIE & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY: for 6-18 year olds

Rehearsal session, July 21-25

Kids will rehearse and perform this quirky, delectable children's treat, all
in five days, July 21-25.

They will perform this show in the second half of Friday's session, July 25,
in the space where we rehearse at The New County Office Building, on Fifth
St, Extended, not far from the Downtown Mall.
