School News

   1. If you can volunteer Friday, April 21 from 10-12 in the library
      for Book Swap call the school office.

   2. Teacher Appreciation Week is May 8-12. You should be receiving
      information on how you can help recognize our awesome teachers.
      Susan Veach is chair of the teacher luncheon on Thursday, May 11.
      If you can help her with this, please call her at 466-8393 or the
      school office at 973-3865.

   3. Several activities are scheduled for the week of April 24-28.
         1. Monday, April 24 – TV Turn-off Week begins
         2. Tuesday, April 25 – Parents are invited to Young Author’s
            and Writer’s Night. From 6:00-7:30 PM students in each
            classroom will be sharing the writing that they have worked
            on this year.
         3. Friday, April 28 – Family Game Night. From 6:30-8:30 you are
            invited to come and play educational games with your child.
            Pizza and drinks will be sold in the cafeteria. Additional
            games and activities will be available to purchase in the
            gym. ( If you can help by running a game table for a part of
            this evening, please call the school office at 973-3865)
