Broadus Wood PTO First Meeting – Tues. 9/4 @ 7pm

Did you know that all parents are considered members of the PTO?

And it’s our goal this year is to involve as many of you as possible.  
So please attend our first meeting of the year, on Tuesday, September  
4 at 7 p.m. in the school library.

We recognize that many of you may think that PTO participation  
requires a lot of time.  This is often not the case.  And, as you  
might guess, involvement is truly rewarding and often fun.  As  
always, we are certainly looking for volunteers with some time.  But  
we are also interested in involving parents who simply want to share  
their thoughts and ideas.

Our agenda for our first meeting includes the following:

1. A look at upcoming events and fundraisers and a rundown of what  
money raised by the PTO has purchased for the school in years past.

2. Input from parents about previous and planned programs.

3. Suggestions for how the PTO can better serve our school.

Greater participation means better support for Broadus Wood!
