AFTER-SCHOOL FOREIGN LANGUAGE PROGRAM
REGISTRATION FORM for Winter 2008 Session
Please return this form with full payment to the PTO (Attn: foreign
language mailbox) via your child’s classroom teacher by Tuesday,
January 29th*. Checks should be made payable to Broadus Wood PTO.
Please indicate the student’s name, language, and class day on the
check. There is a minimum requirement of six students per class (and
we try to keep classes to a maximum of 10 students). The fee is $7
per class (total $70). Please keep in mind that this is only a basic
introduction to the language.
French (Tuesday) class dates are: 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/11, 3/18,
3/25, 4/1, 4/15, 4/22
Spanish (Thursday) class dates are: 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 2/28, 3/13,
3/20, 3/27, 4/3, 4/17, 4/24.
Please Note: There will be NO classes on March 4 or 6
