  Is your idea of a relaxing family outing a trip to Barnes & Noble to  
read a book while the kids are occupied in the children’s section?

How about helping the Broadus Wood PTO at the same time?

We need volunteers to man an information table at our B&N book fair on  
May 16th & 17th.  Although we are posting a few flyers outside the  
school, the information table will be our primary means of informing  
the larger Charlottesville community of our fund-raising effort.   
Since we are not allowed to openly solicit other Barnes & Noble  
customers, we will merely be providing an in-store presence and  
hopefully prompting onlookers to ask questions about how they can  
support us.  All someone needs to do is mention our book fair at the  
register in order for us to get a portion of that sale.

We are asking parents to volunteer some time from 4-10PM on Friday,  
May 16th and 10AM-10PM on Saturday, May 17th.  If you are interested,
