HENLEY JAZZ BENEFIT CONCERT
"The Boss" isn't the only one putting on a benefit concert for the  
Blue Ridge Food Bank!

The Henley Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Choir will be performing their  
benefit concert THIS FRIDAY, APRIL 25, at 7:00 PM in the Lane  
Auditorium in the County Office Building.  Internationally renowned  
jazz musicians Stephanie Nakasian and Hod O'Brien will be performing  
the final act of the evening.
All proceeds from this concert will go to the Blue Ridge Area Food  
Bank, which supplies food to needy families in our community.  More  
than 6,200 people in Albemarle County live below the poverty line.   
Last year, food bank pantries distributed more than 290,000 pounds of  
food to people in need in Albemarle County.  Nearly half of those who  
come to the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank Network and its pantries are the  
working poor.

Concert tickets are available at the door, or at Greenberry's and  
Heinz Musitronics for $10 (individual ticket) and $25 (family  
ticket).  Any additional donations will be welcomed, as all funds  
collected will go to our local food bank.

Come out and enjoy an evening of jazz and support a very important  
resource for our community!
