DO YOU SUPPORT YOUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY?
DOES THE COMPANY YOU WORK FOR SUPPORT COMMUNITY PROJECTS?
The Brownsville Elementary School Fun Fair* is coming on Friday, May
16. We are looking for Brownsville parents who own their own
businesses to sponsor booths at the fair. As you know, this is a very
well attended event and it is an easy way to support the event and the
school, as well as receive quality exposure to families who like to
support Brownsville-owned businesses.
Don’t own your own business? Maybe your employer is community-minded
and likes to support community events. This is a great option as well.
We are looking for sponsors in the following capacities:
Event sponsors $2,000
Booth sponsors $350
All Fun Fair sponsorship donations are tax-deductable.
Event sponsors will be prominently featured in all capacities of the
promotions and the fair itself.
Booth sponsors will be prominently featured in our promotional
material, as well as the booth that they are sponsoring.
We appreciate your consideration for this Brownsville PTO fundraising
effort. We need “all hands on deck” to make this a great event for
our children, and a successful fundraiser for the school.
Please e-mail or call me by May 1 to let me know that you would like
to participate in the sponsorship program.
Thanks so much!
