"STRONG PUBLIC SCHOOLS - STRONG COMMUNITIES" CAR MAGNETS
The Albemarle County Schools Parent Council has developed a car magnet
(see below - approx 4" diameter) in support of public schools with the
assistance of Mark and Tara Mincer. Thanks to several generous
contributions from education supporters (parents, School Board
members, and community supporters), the magnets are free of charge.
The goal is to encourage supporters to place the magnets on their cars
(rather than refrigerators, filing cabinets, etc.) in order to get a
visible message out into the community. If you would like to display
one on your car, a limited supply is available. Email Sally Cushing
at sallyhc at ntelos.net.
Donations are welcome. Checks payable to ACPS Parent Council, 2385
Cinnamon Ridge Road, Charlottesville, VA 22901
BUS DRIVER FEEDBACK SURVEY
The transportation department is conducting customer satisfaction
surveys to measure their performance. These surveys are being
conducted to assess the areas where they are meeting your needs as
well as those needing improvement. There are 3 surveys. The first
two are to be completed by the student (younger children will need
assistance). You may request a paper survey from the school.
