6th Grade Chorus & Strings and 6th & 7th Grade Band Concert Reception –
Additional Information
This is a reminder to parents that following the concert tomorrow
(Wednesday) night there will be a reception.  Ms. Allen is asking parents to
provide the following:
*         brass section & 6th grade female singers:  vegetables, fruit, or
appetizers
*         woodwind section with the exception of flutes & 6th grade male
singers:  cookies, cupcakes, or brownies
*         percussion section & all strings:  2 2-liter sodas, lemonade or
ice tea
*         flute section:  paper products such as napkins, 8" plates, and
cups.

Items can be sent in with the kids on Wednesday and brought to the office or
the band room, or parents can bring the items to the cafeteria when they
drop off their children around 6 p.m. before the concert.
Performance Corrections
There were incorrect dates for some upcoming performances noted in previous
Bulletins.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
*         The Burley advanced choirs perform Wednesday, May 24, not the
25th.
*         The Burley 7th Grade Drama Classes perform Thursday, May 25th, not
the 24th.
*         The Burley 8th Grade Drama Class performs Wednesday, May 31.
