Parent Conferences November 7
Parent Conferences are being held on November 7 from 12:00 – 7:15 P.M.
Please call the school office at 295-5101 and ask for Ms. Bressan to
schedule your conference.
Book Fair Coordinator Needed
The Burley Book Fair is scheduled for October 18 – 25.  We need someone who
can help schedule volunteers to work the book fair.  The PTO will provide
you with the list of volunteers for you to call.  If you can help with this

School Picture Coordinator Needed
School Picture Day is scheduled for October 27 and we need someone to line
up volunteers.  The PTO will provide a list of volunteers for you to call.
If you can help with this please contact Ms. Wilson at 295-5101 or

Late Orders for Fundraiser Accepted Through Thursday!
Although we don’t have all the final numbers in or all of our expenses
quantified, we estimate that our magazine sale fundraiser will raise about
$8,000 - $8,500 this year.  This is about what we raised last year but given
our larger student body we were expecting a larger amount.  Late orders will
still be accepted through tomorrow morning, so please send in everything you
can.  Many thanks to our 6th graders who brought in nearly 48% of our
revenue, with Mr. Shedd’s class deserving special recognition for having the
highest percentage of students participating in the entire school!  The 7th
grade came in second with 36% of our total and the 8th grade raised about
17% of our total.  Congratulations to everyone who participated!
