EXPO Night Reminders & Requests
Please plan on attending EXPO Night this coming Tuesday, February 27.  The
activities will get started at 5:00 P.M. and will finish around 8:15 P.M. 
In order to have a successful event we need our school community’s
whole-hearted participation in the following areas:
Volunteers – we need quite a few volunteers to make everything run
smoothly.  Please contact Susan Walker at HYPERLINK

*         Bake Sale:  We need at least 3 volunteers who can work at the bake
sale table.  We have several students who will do most of the work, but we
need at least one adult there to supervise during three 45-minute shifts
(5:00-5:45, 5:45-6:15, 6:15-7:00).
*         PTO Table:  We need 6 volunteers to work the PTO tables (one
outside the school office and one outside the media center) We’ll need 2
people at each table during three shifts (5:00-5:45, 5:45-6:15, 6:15-7:00). 
These volunteers will greet and help people sign in.
*         Spaghetti Dinner:  We need 6 volunteers to collect money for the
Spaghetti Dinner (2 people in each shift, 5:00-5:45, 5:45-6:15, 6:15-7:00). 
*         Silent Auction:  We need 2 volunteers who can work the Silent
Auction from 5:00 – 7:00.
Grade Level Baskets – please turn in your items for the grade level baskets
for the Silent Auction by tomorrow (Friday).  The 6th grade theme is “Pet
Lovers,” the 7th grade’s is “Bath & Body” and the 8th grade is collecting
“Movie Night” items.
Spaghetti Dinner Reservations – please turn in your reservations by tomorrow
(Friday) as well.  If you don’t have your dinner reservation form (it was on
the EXPO flyer sent home a few weeks ago) just write down the number of
adult tickets ($4 each) and the number of children’s tickets ($2 for 8 and
under) along with your name and your check made payable to the Burley PTO. 
Although tickets will be sold at the door, by sending in your reservation it
helps us plan on how much to fix as well as saving you $1 off each ticket. 
Silent Auction Items
We have some incredible opportunities being offered in our Silent Auction!
