8th Grade Dance Planning Meeting Tomorrow

There will be a meeting for parents who wish to help with the 8th Grade
Dance tomorrow, Thursday, May 8 at 4:00 at the school.  We welcome anyone
who would like to help with this event to drop by even if only for a short
time to see what needs to be done.  If you can't drop in but still want to
help with the dance, please contact Shelley Payne at 984-6862 or
shp33 at embarqmail.com.  We will need folks to help in the following areas:

.         Set-up/decorations

.         Chaperones

.         Food

.         Clean-up

The 8th Grade Awards Celebration will begin at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, May 30,
with the Awards Ceremony.  The dance will follow at 7:30 and end at 10:30
P.M.  Please note that this is a dance not a "formal" or "prom."  The
students should wear nice dress clothes (skirt or dress for girls, collared
shirt with tie and pants for boys) but not any formal attire.
