[CrozetEagle] Evening of Giving

 As you know the PTO has participated in the Fundraiser "Evening of Giving".  At the weeks start I was given the news by the Fashion Square Mall that we were not selected to participate as door greeters for the event on Sunday, November 19th.  However, we were put on a waiting list.  In my mind this is such an opportunity to raise additional funds...selling tickets at the door the night of event that I figured basically we were out...Well, I just received a call from the director and we are in position to have the opportunity.  She has not heard back from several of the selected folks.  I will know definitely by the end of the day.  I would love to try and pull this off but I need your help.  We need a set up person or two at 5:00pm...with signage or poster of who we are...maybe a banner in front of the table ??? Get ready...this is the biggie, we need to man the table and sell/take tickets from 6-9 pm.... I am working in Northern VA on Sunday and hope to be back by 7:00 pm.  I will drive directly to the mall.  Do I have any takers???  The gal at the mall told me this is a tremendous opportunity to raise additional funds for the school.

Please let me know if you are available...even if you only have an hour...let me know we can try shifts with enough interest.  Remember..this is tentative plans...I will know for sure tonight.. This is very short notice on behalf of the mall...so I was clear if I could not find the people we would not be able to participate.
