[CrozetEagle] Items Needed for the Spaghetti Dinner

 Reminder - The Crozet Elementary Spaghetti Dinner is Friday, October 13th! <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Time: 5:30-8pm, in the school cafeteria. Cost: $5 per person; $15 for a family of 4; $20 for family of 5 or more.

Please don't forget the following donations: 

   Kindergarten: 1 box of heavy-duty plastic silverware  (forks, or assorted)

   1st Grade: tea or lemonade mix

   2nd Grade: cookies

   3rd Grade: applesauce (can or jar)

   4th and 5th Grade: spaghetti sauce

*Donations will be collected at school Monday, October 9 & Tuesday, October 10th

 

Items for the cakewalk -Donations can be received Friday, Oct. 13 at school - or the night of the event, in the cafeteria 

 

We still need volunteers! (Especially in the highlighted area)

 

___4:00-5:00 Set-up/Cooking

 

___5:00-6:00 Cooking/Serving/Cakewalk

 

___6:00-7:00 Serving/Cakewalk

 

___7:00-8:00 Serving/Cakewalk/Clean-up

 

___8:00-9:00 Clean-up
