[CrozetEagle] Memo to 5th Grade Parents

 Parents of 5th Grade Students:

On Thursday, January 11 our 5th grade students will be presented with lessons on puberty and adolescence in accordance with Albemarle County's Family Life Curriculum.  Mr. Green will make the presentation to the boys while in a separate room Ms. Bain will present to the girls.  The presentations will include a video and discussion about the body changes that occur in adolescence.  There is a separate video for the boys and for the girls that does not cross gender.

A special preview of the films and an opportunity for parents to meet with the instructor will be provided on Wednesday, January 10 @ 7pm in Ms. Hamel's classroom - # 41.  Ms. Bain will also be available at that time to answer any questions.
