Dear Albemarle County Public Schools Parents and Guardians, 
  
The Albemarle County School Board has contracted with the Commonwealth Educational Policy Institute at Virginia Commonwealth University to complete a study of how well the School Division uses its financial, staff and capital resources to support student achievement. Part of this process includes the opportunity for parents, staff members and members of our community to discuss their views on this matter. 
  
Two opportunities for parents to discuss this study and their thoughts on how we use our resources have been arranged as follows:
