[CrozetEagle] Pictures of Fifth graders needed

Hello Fifth Grade Parents, 


Reminder and Last Call .....Deadline April 30th 


I am requesting photos of you children for the very popular 5th grade slide show.  The slide show will be shown at 5th grade graduation.  Please see below as to the details of the pictures we need to make this a successful slide show. 


Needed from all children - 
1. Baby Picture 
2. Toddler or Kindergarten Picture 
3. Current Picture 


Optional - 
1. Candid pictures of school related activities.  These picture can be from any grade which involves a Crozet School event or activity. 


Thanks in advance for your help to make this year's graduation a success.  There are two options to turn your picture in: 


Email digital pictures with your child's name to Brian Cohen-  capncohen at yahoo.com 


Or, mark each picture with you child's name and class, place them in an envelope marked -  
Attn: Brian Cohen 
5th Grade Slide Show 


Place your marked envelope in the PTO mailbox located in the school office.
