[CrozetEagle] School Bell Update

Hello Friends and Families of Crozet...

I brings me great pleasure to announce that the 5th grade gift of the
restoration and installation of the bell was presented at the graduation
ceremony this past Tuesday, June 3, 2008.  The 5th grade students and
families were successful in raising the the $1000.00 goal thru family
donations, a car wash and bake sale and MP3 fundraisers.  We would like to
express our gratitude to the community for your support in our endeavor.  We
look for to hanging the bell this summer and invite all to join the Class of
2008 for the first official ringing of the "Old" Crozet School Bell on the
first day of school.  Principal, Karen Marcus will have the honor of ringing
the bell for the first time in many many years at the start of the school
day.  Please join us in this historical event!!!

Without volunteers and support the dream of hanging the bell could not
happen....

On behalf of the Class of 2008....THANK YOU!!!!
