[CrozetEagle] Community Workshop concerning Old Crozet Elementary School and site

A series of community workshops designed to identify potential uses for old Crozet Elementary and site will be held on June 19, 20, and 21.  All the meetings will take place at Western Albemarle High School on Rockfish Gap Turnpike.   Additional information in the attached flyer and at www.albemarle.org/old school   



Schedule of Activities: 

    • June 19, 7 to 9 p.m. -- Opening Presentation and Goals Worksession The kick-off participatory worksession with citizens to collect ideas for re-using the Old Crozet School building and site.   
    • June 20, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. -- Community Workshop Open House Day 1 
    • June 21, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. -- Community Workshop Open House Day 2 For Open House Days, drop-in anytime during the day to work with the design team to develop concepts for the school building and site.  Onsite interviews with the design team can be arranged by contacting 757-303-8922. 
    • June 21, 3:00 to 3:30 p.m. -- Concluding Presentation of Concepts.  Come see the ideas that were produced during the worksession and express your preferences.
