Miss the old community get togethers?
Want to meet your neighbors and learn about your neighborhood?
Just like food and music?

Come to the Ivy Community Picnic
Saturday, September 20, 3:00- 7:00 PM
On the Murray Elementary School Grounds

Join us for this casual evening; all members of the Ivy community are
welcome and encouraged to attend.

Food:
* Bring a large side dish or dessert to share and a blanket or chairs to
sit on!
* We provide BBQ while the chicken lasts.  Drinks will be available for
a nominal fee to cover costs.  
* Remember we are on school grounds
so please, no alcoholic drinks.  

Events:
* Community members will be providing face painting and field games.
Start practicing for the kickball match. 
* Live Bands will play, including Big Circle and Jambalaya.
* There will be a presentation on local history starting around 5:00 PM
– don’t miss it!

This is a community event and we need lots of helpers.  If you would
like to help or can bring extra chairs, tables, a tent or sign up for
time at the grill please do.
