While the Ivy Community Association is not a political organization and
cannot endorse candidates for office, we are all about educating Ivy
residents. So I want to share this message from our Supervisor, Sally
Thomas, about an educational opportunity this Saturday when Ms. Thomas will
be available to answer your questions and hear your concerns.

I'm trying out a new way to let residents communicate with me as their
member of the Board of Supervisors.

Saturday, November 13 THIS COMING SATURDAY from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., I'm going
to be sitting in Page's Store in Batesville, discussing anything anyone
wants to discuss. School funding, traffic, water, growth and development,
swarms of lady bugs or anything involving Albemarle government. Well,
Albemarle government doesn't actually have anything to do with the lady
bugs, but most anything is a fair topic.

Sally Thomas (phone 295-1819; e-mail at WriteinSal at AOL.com)

Thank you very much.
Sally
