Crozet Master Plan Community Meeting
Date: Thursday, August 1st
Time: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Location: Henley Middle School Cafeteria

Who is Invited: All interested residents, prior attendance at Master
Plan meetings not required

Who you will work with: At this meeting residents will work with staff
from the Renaissance Planning Group and Nelson-Byrd Landscape
Architects, technical consultants for the development of the Crozet
Master Plan, and county staff.

What you will do: You will be looking at maps of existing features and
hearing information on topics including local environmental features,
historical and cultural assets, the built environment, existing and
proposed infrastructure, land use and zoning, and basic socioeconomic
characteristics for each area of Crozet.

What the outcomes will be:
* Identified areas that currently function as activity centers
* Identified areas that have a high priority for preservation or “no
build” scenarios
* Opportunity to join specific Task Groups that will explore specific
issues in depth
