The Superintendent Dr. Pamela Moran is considering creating a blog  
and is interested in receiving feedback.  There is a brief survey if  
you are interested.  You can go to the County website at http:// 
www.k12albemarle.org/ and click on "Interested in a Blog" or go  
directly to the survey at
http://schoolcenter.k12albemarle.org/suptblogsurvey.

Monday, April 9 - PATSO Meeting 7 PM

Wednesday, April 11 - Safety Forum at Western Albemarle High School 7  
PM (see flyer below)

Tuesday and Wednesday, April 10 - 11 - 6th and 7th Grade students  
will bring home elective forms for next year.  The forms will be due  
by Friday, April 20.

Friday, April 20 - Spring Dance 4:00-6:30 PM

Saturday, April 21 - Dogwood Parade - The Symphonic Band will be  
marching in the parade

Friday, April 27 - Track and Field Day (April 30 - rain date)

Tuesday, May 1 - Rising 6th Grade Orientation 7 PM

May 7 - 18 - SOL testing (exceptions: the Algebra SOL is May 30 and  
the Geometry SOL is May 24)

Monday, May 7 - PATSO Meeting 7 PM

Tuesday, May 8 - Rising 7th and 8th Grade Orientation 7:30 PM

Friday, May 11 - Spring Dance 7:30 - 10:00 PM

Saturday, May 19 - Batesville Parade - The Symphonic Band will be  
marching in the parade

Friday, May 25 - 8th Grade Dinner/Dance

Wednesday, May 30 - Spring Concert at Western Albemarle High School  
for all Bands, Choir and Strings 7:00 PM

Friday, June 1 - 8th Grade Science Field Trip to Busch Gardens

Monday, June 11 - LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
