Parents,
Today and tomorrow (September 25/26) will be our first interim report
distribution of the year. Interim reports should give you an update
of your child’s progress so far this marking period. These are not
official grades and will likely go up or down between now and the end
of the first marking period.
Your child should be coming home with a grade report form each of
their teachers. If you do not receive all of these reports or if you
have concerns about your child’s progress, contact your child’s
teacher for an update. We will be holding parent conferences at
Henley on October 4 and October 10, which would be an ideal time to
receive some feedback from teachers. If you are planning on
attending parent conferences, call the guidance office to make an
appointment.
Please remember that Albemarle County has adopted a new grading scale
this year:
100-90—A
89-80—B
79-70—C
69-60—D
Below 60—F
Thank you for your time and for your continued support of Henley
Middle School.
Go Hornets!
