Pasta Night and Talent Show:

IF school is cancelled due to inclement weather 
on Friday, February 2, then Pasta Night and 
Talent Show will be rescheduled for Feb. 9.

Fall 2007 Elementary Redistricting
Meeting Notice

Rescheduled for
February 7: Informational
meeting for Western Feeder
Pattern elementary families on
fall 2007 redistricting of an
estimated 59 Crozet
Elementary students. The
meeting begins at 7 p.m. at
Crozet Elementary.

Winter weather advisories have
caused cancellation of tonight’s
informational meeting for Western
Feeder Pattern elementary families
about the fall 2007 redistricting of
an estimated 59 Crozet Elementary
School students.

The meeting has been rescheduled
for Wed., February 7 at 7 p.m. at
Crozet Elementary.

At the informational meeting, Division-
level staff will present redistricting
plans to parents for awareness
and input. The presentation will
include an explanation of the process,
an overview of options for
attendance boundary changes, a
description of how schools will work
together to ensure a smooth
transition for students who are being
moved, and time for parent input.
Families with children who may be
transferred have been notified by
U.S. Mail or the school.

The public input will be considered by
the superintendent as she develops
the final staff recommendation to the
School Board. The School Board will
host a public hearing on the
recommendation March 15 and will
make a decision March 22.
