Bingo Night:

On Friday, March 9th 6-8pm, MLS will hold its 2nd Annual 
Family BLUEBIRD BINGO NIGHT. Come on out for dinner 
and some fun games with Lewis, the new MLS mascot and 
wear something blue!!! This year we're offering junior bingo again 
and you can even stroll over to the library and have fun with 
board games made available by Teacher's Edition. This year's
bingo prizes are bigger and better than ever and we'll have 
dinner, too. We still need a few helpful hands that evening if you

MLM is printed and distributed with Wethervane to all Meriwether Lewis 
Elementary School families.
 
In addition, local businesses, services and contractors can make an annual 
donation of $200 to have their business cards printed in each issue of 
Meriwether Market Place for a year.  All funds raised through the 
Marketplace are allocated to the Outreach committee.  




Thirteenth Annual MLS Fun Run:

Where:  Meriwether Lewis Elementary School
When:  Sunday, May 6th, 2007, at 4 pm
Entrance Fee (includes drinks and ice cream): $2 per runner
Fun Run T-Shirt (optional): $8 each
Pre-registration ends on Friday, April 27th.

We have 4 relay race categories:  K-1st, 2nd-3rd, 4th-5th, 
6th and older/sibling races.  Each race begins with the child 
and finishes with the  parent.  You must enter as a 2-person team.  
We will also hold a preschoolers' dash.  This is not a relay, 
but a parent may accompany his/her child.
