MLS Principal Search:

Following a meeting seeking input from parents into the search for a new Principal at Meriwether
Lewis, County officials would like to hear from more Meriwether parents, if they have additional
factors they would like to be considered in this search. If you have any particular requests
regarding this search, please e-mail them to Mary Spencer, PTO Co-Chair, at spencer.mcb at gmail.com.
They will be kept confidential, and will be forwarded on to the appropriate County officials.

MLS ART FUNDRAISER ORDERS DUE MARCH 6th!!!
                       
By now all parents should have received a packet containing your child's art along with an order
form and catalog for the MLS Art Fundraiser. 

Please return  both copies of the ORDER FORM, PAYMENT and ARTWORK to the school no later than
March 6, 2008. (You will receive your order well before Mother’s Day). 
                       
There are additional supplies at the front desk (extra paper for redo's, order forms etc.)
                       
You may substitute art from home but please make sure that dimensions are 8” x 10 1/2 “.

Meriwether Lewis Silent Auction-Fun Fair --- Friday,  April 18th:

We need your help to raise money for teaching assistants, school supplies, reading intervention,
and needs that help our children and teachers.

Consider donating entertainment tickets, your talent, sponsor a party, vacation home, gift
certificate or even cash.  Download a silent auction donation form and return to the school.

Yearbook Photos:

Cindy Marks would love submissions from any camera-happy parents for use in the school yearbook.
She will need these during the first week in March and you can either email photos to
momwithamac at gmail.com or burn a CD and leave it at the office.

Yearbook Orders:

Deadline March 10th.  This is your last chance to order a yearbook and be guaranteed a copy.  Send
in your check for $18 made out to MLS PTO in an envelope marked "yearbook."  Include your child's
