Make a Difference Day
Saturday October 27th at
Murray Elementary School

Our Make A
Difference Day project this year is a morning of tender loving care
to our courtyard grounds and surrounding area.  We will be doing some
plantings to help make Murray more beautiful and to provide a wonderful
place for all the critters to live like butterflies, bees, ladybugs, and
more!  We will also be picking up trash around Murray and on
Morgantown Road.  We need volunteers!  With the help of the Boy
Scouts, our Landscaping Committee, and the generous donation of time and
resources to our project we can really make our enviornment
beautiful.  If you can help provide any of the following or a
monetary donation to the PTO to help with the cost please let Lisa Bowen
know at clbowen at cstone.net. 
We need the following this week (friday is a teacher work day!!!):

2 butterfly bushes
25
bags of hardwood mulch
200 Daffodil bulbs
200 crocus bulds
2 birdhouses with poles and cement
2 hummingbird feeders
1 bag
of bone meal
Some echinacea plants (purple coneflower)
Flowering
Sedum plants
4 perennial aster plants
trash bags

Please let me know if you can donate any of these
items or if you have Saturday morning to help.  We can make
arrangements to pick up any items.  Thanks so much for your
