Greetings all, 

Friday we sent out a flyer with M Cubed
courses for the fall session. We 
need registration forms back by
next Wednesday, with classes starting 
September 25 and 26.. 

Classes will run after school on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We need
help on 
WEDNESDAYS. We need the help of one parent in order to make
the schedule 
work. Here¹s what¹s involved. 

>From 2:00 to 2:30: 
* distribute snacks to the two classrooms, 
* check attendance records to see if any M Cubed participants are
absent, 
* at first bell escort participants to their classrooms. 
* Check to make sure everyone¹s there, 
* then let Betty know
the buses can depart. 
* Pick up any leftover snacks. 

2:30 to 3:25:  time to walk the track or read or whatever. 

3:30-3:40: 
* Check to make sure all children are picked up
from class getting out at 
3:30. 
* If any stragglers, touch
base with parents. 

4:00-4:10: 
* Check to make sure all
children are picked up from class getting out at 
4:00. 
* If
any stragglers, touch base with parents. 

This is an UNPAID,
VOLUNTEER position. We can, however, waive the fee for 
your child
taking an M Cubed class (on either day). 

We realize your child
may or may not be interested in any of the offerings, 
but we do hope
you consider helping out with the program regardless. The PTO 
and
the school have been pleased with the participation of children in the 
program and we¹ve received positive feedback from many parents. It
is 
organized as a service to the Murray community, with any leftover
funds 
going to support PTO¹s programs.
