1.  7:00 - 7:10pm         Welcome and Old Business:  Approval of minutes to
November 2nd meeting; other Old Business, if any - Chip Deale

2.  7:10 - 7:40pm         New Business:  Issues for group review and
reaction

A.      Recommendation to modify school starting times next year

B.     Feedback on draft calendar for 2005-06 school year

C.     Parent leaders (10-15) to volunteer for strategic planning focus
group on January 5, 2005

D.     January 4th & February 1st Parent Council meetings:

*         January – open discussion with School Board members
*         February – forego regular meeting in lieu of Feb. 9 public hearing
on budget?

3.  7:40 - 7:55pm         Superintendent’s Report: Key issues/priority areas
of focus in proposed 2005 funding request – Dr. Kevin Castner

4.  7:55 - 8:15pm         Group Discussion:  Parent Council’s
strategy/mobilization plan for presenting our “case” at School Board and BOS
public hearings on proposed budget

5.  8:15 - 8:55pm         Program Presentation & Group Dialogue:
Transportation Issues – Willie Smith and/or Diane Behrens  (topics to
include, but not be limited to:  scheduling of bus routes; how bus schedules
impact school opening/closing hours; handling of inclement weather
situations; student behavior on buses; commingling of different school
levels on buses; maintenance/replacement cycles for buses; etc.)

6.  8:55 - 9:00pm         Good & Welfare: An opportunity for attendees to
share thoughts, comments, ideas or opinions on any Parent Council, school or
general education-related topic.

7.  9:00pm                   Adjourn until January 4, 2005.  Happy Holidays!
