*         Approval of February 7, 2006 meeting minutes

   

2.  7:05 - 7:15pm        Marguerite David re. JABA's "FISH" Program  (tentative)

 

2.  7:15 - 8:00pm        Idea Exchange:

*         "The Care & Feeding of Volunteers" (How do you recruit, train, orient, effectively utilize, and thank your volunteers?)

*         Annual/Strategic Planning (How do you develop annual "action plans" for your PTO, and gather input from parents & teachers to guide this planning & budgeting process?) 

 

3.  8:00 - 8:30pm        Program Presentation & Discussion:

Career Pathways for Students

*         Participants include Sue Sheffield, Terry Burton, Dave Jeck and (tentatively) a middle school counselor

 

4.  8:30 - 9:00pm        School Division Report & Dialogue

*         2006 budget approval status/outcome

*         Other key issues, initiatives, etc.  

 

5.  9:00pm                  Adjourn

*          Meeting on May 2nd - final meeting of year: election of officers; review of 2005-06; initial planning for 2006-07
