First board meeting of the year. Open to all RRC members.
Meeting is held at Mary Maher's house, 1838 Fendall Avenue. Fendall is off 
Rugby Rd. near the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Unitarian Church. 1838 is the 6th 
house on the left going down the hill, a stone house with a yellow door and 
white lamp post.
