Dear Rowing Clubs,
 

Attached is our flyer for the 5th annual Botanical Gardens Sprints
Regatta.  On behalf of the members of Juniper Rowing Club, we hope you
will join us on 25 Aug in Norfolk.  Cox/coach meeting will begin at
0800, 1st race begins at 0900.  As we have done in the past, we will
have races for all levels of experience.  We expect to have the
following categories of races:

 

m 1x, w 1x, rec 1x, novice 1x
m 2x, w 2x, mix 2x, novice 2x

m 4+, w 4+, mix 4+, novice 4+ 
m 8+, w 8+, mix 8+, novice 8+ 

 

and if there 2- or 4x boats that want to race, we'll accommodate them
too

 

Registration for the regatta will be handled by Henry Griggs from our
club.  For details on how to register, please go to
www.juniperrowingclub.org.  Registration for this event will be
available starting 1 Jul.  Cost will be $10 per person per race.  Lunch
is included and will be provided immediately following the races.
Awards will be given out after racing.

 

If your club has any experienced launch drivers interested in coming
down to watch the regatta and is willing to drive a launch, please let
me know, we could use help in this area.  Please e-mail me at
