[RRC] boathouse door lock replaced

The lock on the boathouse side door has been replaced. Same keys work. 

In the future, please do not try to close the door when the deadlock bolt is 
out. When you open the door with your key, be sure the bolt is slid back into 
the lock before leaving the door open, or even propped open with the rock. If 
you don't have a key and find the lock bolt in the out position, please find 
someone in the boathouse who has a key and can correct it. Or, call a board 
member to let them know (roster's in the boathouse). Please don't just leave it.

We think the door frame could have been damaged last year when the door was 
left open, bolt out, and heavy winds slammed it into the frame.
