[RRC] Junior Rowing Is Back

RRC is pleased to announce that we are, once again, offering a Junior 
Program in Sweep Rowing.

Our head coach is Vicki Moore, a UVA rower with junior coaching 
experience (her e mail is vnm5j at virginia.edu), and the assistant 
coach is Mieke Pitts (ap5v at virginia.edu) -- a graduate of the RRC 
junior program a few years back.

This program is for rising 9th graders (minimum age 14) to 12th graders.

We will have a three week session of Junior Learn to Row Sweep 
(starts June 11), followed by a four week Junior Sweep.  For further

Vicki and Mieke will also hold an information session on Saturday May 
19 at 4 pm at the boat house.

We welcome all young rowers in the area -- and all who want to learn 
-- to join up.
