RRC will hold its monthly board meeting on Tuesday, October 10th at 6:00 p.m. 
(Please note earlier-than-usual start time). Meeting will be held at Mary 
Maher's house, 1838 Fendall Ave, Charlottesville. 295-0264.

1. Financial report
2. Nominating Committee report
3. Annual Fall Meeting (Tuesday, October 23) planning
4. Equipment report

Please note at our last meeting, the board discussed and passed the following 
change to the bylaws:

"Any member of the board of directors may not concurrently occupy a paid 
staff position with RRC."

This will be added to Section 3 of the bylaws.
