[RRC] RRC parking on the new blacktop

Please do not drive across (perpendicular to) the new parking strip on the 
driveway up to the boathouse. 

When entering/leaving the grass/gravel parking area in the field, please us 
the newly blacktopped entrance. Driving across the the new strip will erode the 
edges of the blacktop.

Also, do not use the strip to turn around in. Go up to the old parking area 
if you need to do that.
