[RRC] practice head race

Ann would like to have a head race on Monday, 3 Sept., since it's a 
holiday.  Unfortunately it's not a holiday for UVA or VRA, and VRA will 
be practicing from 6 to 8:30 AM.  This means that things should be clear 
by around 8:30.  So we could launch at 8:15 and have a head race.  It's 
too late actually to organize, but I'll be there around 8:15 (my usual 
time anyway) and if there are contestants there, we'll have a head 
race.  Ben
