[RRC] practice head race

Practice head race again this Saturday, the 15th, rowers to be on the 
dock ready to launch at 7 AM.  Start as before at the dam (first buoy as 
starting line), finish when exactly parallel to judge's dock.  Course 
goes around, not inside, the island before the big bridge; use any arch 
of the big bridge; go outside (starboard side) the buoy near the 
boathouse dock.  All rowers and all boat-types welcome.  Ben
