[RRC] head race

The practice head race for this Saturday, the 29th, is on, but not for 
me since I'm racing on the Potomac on Sunday.  But everyone who is not 
racing the next day is urged to participate.  On the dock ready to 
launch at 7 AM, start at the dam, race to the judge's dock, go outside 
the submerged island (the stakes) when turning for the big bridge and 
outside (to the right of) the buoy opposite the boathouse dock.  I'll be 
back the week following, and actually I'll probably see you on Saturday, 
since I plan to do a short row to loosen up before loading my boat.
