[RRC] Equipment Maintenance / Boathouse Cleanup - May the 10th

To the Members

With the Scheduled LTR Day on May the 10th coming upon us quickly, there is
a need to have all the boats cleaned, to be in the best presentable shape
for our guests as well as for the coming season.  Also a thorough cleaning
of the boathouse is in order so we can start the season right.  Since we
have had such a good response on volunteers for LTR Day, I hope we can get
some additional volunteers to participate in a Boathouse Cleanup on the same
day Saturday 5/10, from 10:00 -11:00  an hour should be more than enough
time to get things cleaned up and ready for the LTR setup.  I would like to
ask for volunteers to send me an email or give me a call if you are willing
to participate, and if you have already volunteered for LTR day, and can
come a little early to help in the cleanup effort it would be appreciated.
We would like to be able to clean all the clubs sculls and sweep boats so
the more volunteers the faster we can get it done. If those who volunteer
can also bring some cleaning supplies (buckets, sponges, scrubbing brushes,
all purpose cleaner, etc.)  to use for the day that would also help out, as
you respond please note if you re willing to bring something so I can make
sure there are plenty of supplies available that morning.
