[RRC] RRC Thank you

The RRC Board and I want to thank all of the volunteers again for helping
out with the RRC picnic and regatta. The food, drink and merriment was
enjoyed by all. And after the weather broke, the racing provided good fun
and competition among the rowers and  entertainment for the crowd. 

Thanks to all who have contributed their time and efforts in making this
another great season at RRC.
