[RRC] sculling practice

Three messages:

First, to all RRC members:  I keep a list of scullers who are interested 
in race practice.  In the fall (now) we do practice head races each 
Saturday morning, starting in reverse order of anticipated speed, so 
there is lots of passing.  I expect the distance will be limited by weed 
to about 4k.  If you want to be added to the e-mail list, let me know.

Second, to all competitive scullers:  first practice head race this 
Saturday, the 16th, 7:30 AM seems good to people I've talked to.  Think 
about whether you prefer upstream or down, from the dam to the rock or 
vice versa.  Later in the season we will probably have to start earlier 
to avoid Kevin 's practices.

Third:  to whom it may concern.  If you manage (God knows how) to drop 
one of the goose buckets into the water, then get it out yourself, don't 
leave it for the next person.
