[RRC] last call for Wye rowers

So far we have 12 rowers signed up for Wye. Anyone else? If we got 4 more, we 
could take 2 8+s. 

Also, if any novices want to row, let us know. We have only 2 novices signed 
up so far.

The Wye Island Regatta is Saturday, September 13 in Wye Mills, Maryland.

Race practice will be held Sunday morning, September 7.

Minimum age for masters rowers is 27.
