[RRC] RRC - Club Equipment Use Fee

Members,

As another great season of program rowing comes to an end tomorrow, the RRC
Board would like to thank all of the coaches and coxes for their
contribution to the programs. It has been a great year. Our thanks also go
to Roger Payne and Carolyn McMillan for filling in from time to time to
coach our rowers and for Roger for doing some boat repairs for us. And
thanks to Mary Maher and Scott Stroney for taking the helm to coach the LTR
rowers while Mike was away. A special thanks to Kevin Sauer and the UVA
organization for their generosity and assistance to RRC in many ways. 

The RRC Board is pleased to announce the addition of a gently rowed Vespoli
stern coxed 4 to our fleet. The boat was purchased from the U. of Miami and
will be delivered this Sunday and will be ready for rowing. This purchase is
a continuation of the club's boat replacement program.

A reminder to rowers wishing to use club boats, the equipment use fee of
$40.00 must be paid before taking any club boat out. The fee will cover the
use of equipment through May 15th, 2009. Anyone using the club equipment
after tomorrow must have paid the fee. You may mail your fee to the club PO
Box or drop it off in the boathouse mailbox.
